Who is responsible

Information we collect
Student or family enquiries may include contact details, country, the student’s age range, requested SAT section, support needs and communication preferences. Tutor applications may include contact, university, degree, qualification, experience and availability information. We also collect limited website events, such as calls-to-action, form starts, completions, scroll depth and campaign parameters.
What we deliberately do not request
Please do not provide medical records, identity documents, school credentials, payment-card data or unnecessary information about a child. The website does not create public student records and does not send submitted form data to an AI model.
Why we use the information
We use enquiry data to assess and respond to a request for SAT tutoring; application data to assess potential tutors; and limited analytics to understand demand and improve the service. These purposes rely on requested pre-contractual steps, consent where requested and legitimate operational interests, subject to applicable law.
Storage, access and retention
Submissions are stored in the website’s protected server-side database. They are not placed in browser storage or published. Access is restricted to the site owner and necessary hosting providers. Enquiries, applications and privacy-minimal analytics are reviewed and deleted when no longer needed, normally within 12 months unless a relationship begins or law requires longer retention.
Your choices and rights
Depending on applicable law, you may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, and may object to certain processing or withdraw consent. You may also complain to the competent data-protection authority. Contact contact@cresswellacademic.com.
International services and updates
Cresswell serves families internationally and uses hosting infrastructure that may process data outside the Netherlands. Where applicable, service providers are expected to rely on recognised safeguards for international transfers. This notice may be updated as the service develops.
